Rebates

If you have private health insurance, you may be covered for ‘dietetics and nutrition’ or ‘psychologist’ through your extras cover.
Please check with your provider.  

As well as private health insurance, you may be eligible for assistance from:

  •   Medicare
  •   WorkCover
  •   TAC (Transport Accident Commission) 
  •   A compensation fund
  •   National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
    • We can see people on ‘Plan-managed’ and ‘Self-managed’ levels of the NDIS. 
  •   We welcome DVA clients, DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral.

National Relay Service

Diabetes Care Plus welcomes calls through the National Relay Service (NRS). If you are d/Deaf, hard of hearing, or find it difficult to speak on the phone, simply choose your access option and provide our phone number 1300 153 123 when asked by the relay officer.
